Віддалені результати малоінвазивного лікування хворих на внутрішній геморой

Abstract

У статті наводяться віддалені результати лікування хворих із хронічним внутрішнім гемороєм із застосуванням інфрачервоної фотокоагуляції. У контрольній групі хворих добрі результати отримано у 102 (72,34 %) пацієнтів, задовільні — у 23 (16,31 %) і незадовільні — у 16 (11,35 %) хворих. У досліджуваній групі хворих добрі результати отримано у 94 (92,16 %) пацієнтів, задовільні — у 7 (6,86 %) і незадовільні — у 1 (0,98 %) пацієнта. Різниця результатів лікування у контрольній та досліджуваній групах хворих вірогідна (Р<0,001).The long-term results of miniinvasive treatment of patients suffering from chronic internal hemorrhoids with the usage of infrared photocoagulation are presented in the article. 102 (72.34%) patients of the control group had good results of treatment, 23 (16.31%) patients had satisfactory results and 16 (11.35%) patients of the control group — unsatisfactory results of treatment. 94 (92.16%) patients of the research group had good results of treatment, 7 (6.86%) patients of this group had satisfactory results of treatment and 1 (0.98%) patient had unsatisfactory results of treatment. Difference of the results of treatment of the patients in the control group and the research group was authentical (P<0.001).
