Генетична детермінованість розвитку хронічного запального процесу в навколоносових синусах

Abstract

Результаты исследования влияния точечных мутаций генов IL-1β (С-511Т) и IL-4(С-590Т) на продукцию соответствующих цитокинов у детей с гнойной и полипозной формами хронических синуситов позволили высказать гипотезу о генетической детерминированности развития типа хронического воспаления в околоносовых синусах. Установлено, что мутация в 511 позиции промоторной зоны гена ІL-1β уменьшает риск развития гнойного синусита, в то время как мутация в 590 позиции гена ІL-4 указывает на повышенную вероятность развития полипозной формы хронического воспаления.The results of the influence of points-mutations of genes IL-1β(С-511Т) and IL-4(С-590Т) on the production of proper cytokines in children with purulent and polypous forms of chronic sinusitis allowed to make a hypothesis of genetic conditionality of the development of the type of chronic inflammation in paranasal sinuses. It was established that the mutation in 511 position of promoter zone of ІL-1β-gene decreases the risk of the development of the purulent sinusitis as well as mutation in 590 position of promoter zone of ІL-4-zone shows the increased probability of the development of polypous form of chronic inflammation.
