Состояние системы гемоглобина в эритроцитах больных железодефицитной анемией

Abstract

Установлено, що зниження вмісту загального гемоглобіну в еритроцитах хворих на залізодефіцитну анемію супроводжується зменшенням процентної долі глікозильованої форми гемоглобіну. Водночас, посилюється утворення функціонально інертної метформи гемоглобіну, що може бути причиною інтенсифікації в еритроцитах хворих вільно-радикальних реакцій.It has been shown that the decrease of total hemoglobin content in erythrocytes of patients with irondeficiency anemia is linked to the reduction of the percentage part of glycosylated hemoglobin. At the same time, the formation of function-passive metform of hemoglobin is increased and it may be the cause for intensification of free-radical reactions in the erythrocytes of patients.
