Автор аналізує проблеми адміністративно-територіального поділу держави, акцентує увагу на змінах які пройшли в містах та містечках, модифікує систему управління ними та особливості розвитку.The author analyses the problems of administrative and territory division of the state, pays attention to the changes in cities and towns, modifies the system of their government and peculiarities of their development.
