У статті досліджується проблема освіти як процесу передачі знань і культури. Автор підкреслює ключову роль педагога в розвитку особистісних функцій індивіда як суб'єкта освітнього процесу. Велика роль приділяється трансляції соціального досвіду від одного покоління до іншого та його впливу на саморозвиток особистості.The article deals with the problem of education as a transferring process of knowledge and culture. The author emphasizes the key role of a teacher in the development of individual functions of a person as a subject of an educational process. Great attention is paid to the translation of social experience from the old generation to the new one and its impact on the self-development of an individual.
