Abstract

У статті досліджуються основні принципи за якими здійснюється договір дарування.В статье изучаются основные принципы по которым осуществляется договор дарения.The article is dedicated to basic principles of gift agreement. It is provided quotations of civil law scientists which expound the point of view regarding gift agreement realization. It examines principles of gift agreement, both in a now operating legislation and in the period of Soviet Union, Roman law. The article states that gift agreement belongs to the number free agreements that has similar basic principles.
