Організаційно-правові засади розвитку правової освіти у загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах України

Abstract

Проаналізовано систему правової освіти учнів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів України, приділено увагу ряду проблем при вивченні курсу «Основи правознавства».Проанализировано систему правового образования учеников общеобразовательных учебных заведений Украины, уделено внимание проблемам при изучении курса «Основы правоведения».The one of the nowadays issues is legal education. Legal education of students has an important value in formation of national legal consciousness and legal culture. As of today the system of legal education of students at general educational establishments is folded: Jurisprudence. A practical course (9 class), Bases of jurisprudence (10 class), Jurisprudence, is for the profile classes of general educational establishments (10-11 classes). Thus, the system of legal education of students of general educational establishments of Ukraine is analyzed at the article paid attention to the study of course of «Basic jurisprudence».
