Питательная ценность надземной части некоторых представителей рода Elytriga Desv.

Abstract

Определена питательная ценность надземной массы 10 представителей рода Elytrigia Desv., которые произрастали на опытной делянке Донецкого ботанического сада НАН Украины. Почти все исследуемые нами виды характеризуются большим содержанием сырого протеина, жира и клетчатки: Elytrigia hybrida (E. elongata х E. intermedia), E. trichophora, E. elongata, E. maeotica.Nutritious value of superterraneous mass has been determined in 10 representatives of the genus Elytrigia Desv. growing in a trial site of the Donetsk Botanical Gardens, Nat. Acad. Sci. of Ukraine. Almost all the species investigated are characterized by a large content of crude protein, fat and cellulose: Elytrigia hybrida (E. elongata х E. intermedia), E. trichophora, E. elongata, E. maeotica.
