Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз результатів узагальнення сучасних підходів до використання погодно-кліматичних ресурсів у контексті соціально-економічного розвитку та екологічної безпеки. Виявлено основні причини та фактори, які обумовлюють виникнення надзвичайних ситуацій в Україні.The article analyzes the results of generalization modern approaches to the use of weather-climatic resources in the context of socio-economic development and environmental safety. Identified the main reasons and factors that lead to emergency situations in Ukraine.
