Abstract

В статті розкривається поняття механізму реструктуризації виробничого підприємства та його складових елементів, розглядаються особливості формування механізму реструктуризації суднобудівних підприємств, побудована багаторівнева структура ефективності процесу реструктуризації суднобудівного підприємства.The definition of the mechanism of restructuring of the industrial enterprise and its components have been discovered in the article; the features of organization of the mechanism of restructuring of the shipbuilding enterprise have been considered; the multilevel structure of the efficiency of restructuring process of the shipbuilding enterprise has been built.
