Спектр и частота цитогенетических нарушений у проростков семян хвойных как комплексный индикатор влияния техногенно загрязненной среды

Abstract

Изучены изменения цитогенетических характеристик семенного потомства у трех видов хвойных, произрастающих в условиях техногенно загрязненной среды степной зоны Украины. Для Pinus sylvestris L. и P. pallasiana D. Don отмечено резкое повышение встречаемости делящихся клеток в корешках семян с патологиями митоза и хромосомными аберрациями. Названные цитогенетические показатели в клетках P. sylvestris и P. pallasiana могут быть использованы в качестве тест-систем для индикации загрязнения в промышленных районах степной зоны Украины.Changes in cytogenetic characteristics of the seed progeny in three conifer species, growing under conditions of a technogenous polluted environment of the steppe zone of Ukraine have been studied. For Pinus sylvestris L. and P. pallasiana D. Don there have been noted a significant increase in occurrence of dividing cells in the roots of seeds with mitotic abnormalities and chromosomal aberrations. The named cytogenetic indicators of P. sylvestris L. and P. pallasiana cells can be used as test systems for indication of pollution in industrial areas of the steppe zone of Ukraine.
