Рост и развитие Juglans nigra L. на юго-востоке Украины

Abstract

В условиях юго-востока Украины орех черный растет быстро и обладает исключительной пластичностью к местным климатическим условиям. В 10-летнем возрасте формирует высокопродуктивные древостои. Успешно размножается семенами местной репродукции. Перспективен для создания лесных и декоративных насаждений.Juglans nigra L. (American walnut) is a rapidly growing tree under conditions of the South-East of Ukraine and is characterized by an exclusive plasticity to the local climatic conditions. American walnut is forming highly productive stands at the age of ten years. This species is successfully propagating by seeds of local reproduction. This walnut has a potential to be introduced into forest and ornamental stands.
