Теплофизика деформируемых твердых тел (Обзор). III. Модели мезоуровня

Abstract

Статья представляет собой продолжение (третью часть) обзора «Теплофизика деформируемых твердых тел» (см. ФТВД № 1,2 за 2006 г.). Приведены основные термодинамические соотношения, используемые при построении мезомоделей, механические модели и модели переноса массы и тепла. Кратко рассмотрены модели этих процессов в наносистемах.The paper is a continuation (the third part) of the review «Thermal physics of deformable solids» (see High-Pressure Physics and Technology №1, 2, 2006). Basic thermodynamic relations used in constructing the mesomodels, mechanical models as well as mass and heat transfer models have been considered. Models of the processes in nanosystems are discussed in brief.
