Силовая микросхема для блоков управления газоразрядными источниками света

Abstract

Предложена схема управления высоковольтными инверторами, в которой устранен эффект «защелкивания» выходных транзисторов драйвера. Описана разработанная силовая микросхема управления высоковольтными инверторами в виде тонкопленочной ГИС. Сделан вывод о возможности производства экономичных и надежных отечественных преобразователей для работы в сложных климатических условиях (шахты, море, бензоколонки).The work is devoted to the problem of the reliability increase of electronic converters in energy saving equipment during operation. Electric circuit diagram of high voltage invertors control in which the effect of "latch" of the driver output transistors is eliminated. The results of investigation of control circuit are given which confirmed that the choice of design was correct. The developed power integrated circuit of control of high voltave inverters represented by a hybrid integrated thin film circuit is described. The conclusion concerning a possibility of organization of serial production of economic and reliable national converters for work in climate conditions (mines, ports, petrol-filling stations) has been drawn.
