Методичні підходи щодо побудови внутрішньогосподарського механізму морських портів України

Abstract

У статті запропоновано основні етапи побудови та впровадження внутрішнього механізму господарювання морського порту, основні завдання забезпечення якості його побудови, відокремлені основні вимоги, які повинні бути враховані керівниками портових підприємств з метою досягнення прогнозованого рівня ефективності цих підприємств, та формалізоване уявлення щодо побудови внутрішнього механізму господарювання підприємств портової сфери.The article considers the main stages of the construction and implementation of the internal mechanism of management of the seaport, the main task of ensuring the quality of its construction, separate the basic requirements that should be considered by the heads of the port enterprises with the aim of achieving the forecasted level of these enterprises efficiency, and establish the main criteria of the efficiency of the seaport internal economic mechanism and the formalized representation with respect to the construction of the internal mechanism of management of the port sphere enterprises.
