Художня проза Олени Пчілки (історико-літературний шкіц)

Abstract

У статті здійснено огляд художньої прози Олени Пчілки: з’ясовано сюжетно- композиційні, жанрові, наративні, образні, стильові ознаки. Виявлено риси новаторства прози письменниці в контексті української літератури кінця ХІХ – початку ХХ ст., а саме інтелектуалізм, типаж здебільшого з середовища національно зорієнтованих інтелігентів, психологізм, європейські топоси та локуси, “конверзація” освічених людей та ін.The article reviews the belles-lettres of Olena Pchilka. The author studies the plot and structure, genre, narrative, figurative and stylish features of her works. He elucidates the novelty contained in the prose of Pchilka in the context of the Ukrainian literature of the late 19th – early 20th centuries, namely her intellectualism of the type found in the circles of the national intelligentsia, her psychologism and the efforts to integrate the Ukrainian literature in the European literature, etc.
