Магія надвечір'я

Abstract

На підставі теоретичних засад та практичного досвіду з перекладознавства зроблено короткий аналіз класичних зразків світової поезії, присвячених надвечір’ю (Горацій, Ґете, Верлен, Гайне). Звернено увагу на складнощі тлумачення поезії іншими мовами, про єдність звуку і сенсу в різних мовах, які не дають адекватності поетичних перекладів. Основну увагу зосереджено на відтворенні українською мовою однієї строфи з “Лорелеї” Г. Гайне.Based on theoretical considerations of and practical experience in translation studies the article makes a concise analysis of classical examples of world poetry (Horatius, Vergilius, Goethe, Verlaine, Heine), dedicated to twilight. The author takes notice of difficulties of interpretation of a poetry into foreign languages as well as the unison of sound and semantics in different languages, which precludes finding of adequate forms of translation. A principle attention is paid to reconstruction of one strophe of Heine’s “Lorelei” in Ukrainian.
