Порівняльна фізико-хемічна характеристика зразків поліетилену

Abstract

Пошук шляхів заміни дорогої імпортної сировини на дешевшу в сучасних умовах господарювання, як свідчить практика, вимагає проведення додаткових фізико-хімічних досліджень властивостей пропонованих ринком замінників, а часом і зміни існуючого технологічного регламенту. Проведено порівняльний аналіз трьох різних потенційних видів сировини — зразків поліетилену (ПЕ), які використовують і пропонують для виготовлення труб для транспортування природного газу. Показана відмінність фізико-хімічних властивостей (густини, термічної стійкості, спектральних характеристик) та зовнішнього вигляду виробів на основі різних зразків поліетилену.As it corroborate the practice, the search of ways of the replacement of expensive imported raw materials on more cheap requires the additional physical and chemical studies of the properties of substitutes, which are proposed on the market, and, sometimes, even the changes of existing technological regulations during the modern conditions for management. A comparative analysis of three different potential types of raw material (namely the specimens of polyethylene), which are utilized and offered for the production of pipes for transporting of natural gas was carried out. The difference of physical and chemical properties (density, thermal stability, spectral features) and external appearance of products has been shown for different specimens of polyethylene.
