Розглядаються питання інтеграції підсистеми ризик-менеджменту у систему управління фінансовими потоками підприємства. Застосування загальних принципів та підходів, що складають сутність ризик-менеджменту, пропонується розпочати з фінансового блоку. Наведений алгоритм пошуку «проблемних» місць та запропонований показник «фінансова активність підприємства», який характеризує інтенсивність руху фінансового потоку.Discusses the implementation of the subsystem risk management in the management of financial flows of the company.
