Розглянуто питання розвитку вертикальної інтеграції на промислових підприємствах, визначено переваги та недоліки інтеграційних процесів в умовах ринкової конкуренції. Розглянуто неокласична теорія інтеграції виробництва, виявлено недоліки інтеграції на підприємствах в сучасних умовах господарювання.The article is dedicated to the matters of production enterprises vertical integration development, it lays out advantages and drawbacks of integration process which may take place in market competition circumstances. The article also studies neoclassical theory of production process integration. It specifies drawbacks of production enterprise integration under contemporary business conditions.
