Abstract

Исследуются понятия земель жилой и общественной застройки, усадебной и неусадебной жилой застройки, земельных участков многоквартирных и малоквартирных жилых домов, придомовых территорий. Определяется понятие земельных участков для строительства многоквартирных жилых домов в городах.This article explores the notions of lands for residential and public buildings, estates and no-estates residential development, land plots of many-apartments and small-apartments houses, surrounding territory. The notion of land for construction of many-apartments houses in cities is being determined.
