Abstract

В статье рассмотрено выполнение государством конституционных обязанностей в сфере труда путем надзора и контроля за соблюдением трудовых прав работников.State in the person of the authorized organs to called ensure the protection of the working rights of workers. The fulfillment by it of constitutional responsibilities in the sphere of labor is accomplished via supervision and control of the observance of the working rights of workers.
