Біологічні особливості Adonis vernalis L. в умовах культури в Донецькому ботанічному саду НАН України

Abstract

На основі результатів інтродукційного дослідження Adonis vernalis в Донецькому ботанічному саду показана ефективність як вегетативного, так і насіннєвого способів розмноження свіжозібраним насінням та можливість плантаційного вирощування рослин в умовах реінтродукційного розсадника з метою подальшої реінтродукції. Виявлено особливості онтогенезу та сезонного розвитку рослин в умовах культури.On the basis of the results of the introductive research of Adonis vernalis in Donetsk Botanical Garden the effectiveness of both vegetative and seed-cultural types of reproduction with freshly gathered seeds has been demonstrated. The possibility of growing of the plants in the conditions of a re-introduction seed plot with the purpose of further re-introduction has been shown. The features of ontogenesis and seasonal development of the plants in the conditions of cultivation have been revealed.
