Теоретичні основи формування механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність фінансової безпеки підприємства як складової економічної безпеки, визначено критерії оцінки фінансової безпеки. Проаналізовано та подано систему принципів формування фінансової безпеки як основи функціонування механізму забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Охарактеризовано основні елементи механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства, подано взаємозв'язок між ними. Наведено алгоритм формування підсистеми управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства.В статье рассмотрена сущность финансовой безопасности предприятия как составляющей экономической безопасности, определены критерии оценки финансовой безопасности. Проанализирована и представлена система принципов формирования финансовой безопасности как основы функционирования механизма обеспечения финансовой безопасности предприятия. Охарактеризованы основные элементы механизма управления финансовой безопасностью предприятия, представлена взаимосвязь между ними. Приведен алгоритм формирования подсистемы управления финансовой безопасностью предприятия.The article describes the essence of the enterprise financial security as a part of the economic security. There evaluation criteria of financial security is identified. A system of financial security formation principles were analyzed and presented. That is considered as the basis of a mechanism to ensure the enterprise financial security. The main elements of the mechanism of financial security enterprise management were outlined. As a definition result are the basic principles of ensure financial security mechanism. There are the systemic nature; strategies orientation to ensure the financial security of the enterprise financial strategy; flexibility; efficiency; continuous monitoring availability of actual and potential threats to internal and external financial security company, the cost optimizing of providing financial security company Due to scientific researh the relationship between the main elements of the financial security mechanism is showed. An algorithm for forming control subsystem of enterprise financial security is developed. There are the main conclusion: the mechanism of financial security allows to ensure financial stability, liquidity, solvency, to implement a financial strategy, ensuring optimal engagement and effective use of financial resources and ensure sustainable financial independence of the company.
