Особливості застосування автоматизованих систем обробки даних щодо операцій оренди

Abstract

Проведено порівняння основних класів автоматизованих систем, а саме: операційної обробки – обробки трансакцій в режимі реального часу, оперативної аналітичної обробки даних та інтелектуального аналізу даних в сфері орендних відносин, які регламентують забезпечення цілісності баз даних, можливість розмежування доступу до бази різних користувачів, швидку дію та роботу одночасно з великою кількістю інформаціїПроведено сравнение основных классов автоматизированных систем, а именно: операционной обработки – обработки трансакций в режиме реального времени, оперативной аналитической обработки данных и интеллектуального анализа данных, в сфере арендных отношений, которые регламентируют обеспечение целостности баз данных, возможность разграничение доступа к базе разных пользователей, быстрое действие и работу одновременно с большим количеством информации.Comparison of basic classes of CASS is conducted, namely: operating treatment – treatment of transactions real-time, operative analytical processing of data and intellectual analysis of data, in the sphere of leasings relations which regulate providing of integrity of bases given, possibility of differentiating of access to the base of different users, fast operate and work simultaneously with the generous amount of information. The algorithm of account of leasings operations is resulted in a computer environment which gives possibility to systematize the process of reflection of economic operations with the use of computer technologies. Basic three stages of technological process of treatment of facts of economic activity are selected in relation to leasings operations, that provides systematization and grouping of enormous array of information and exactness of its reflection in a record-keeping, namely: collection and registration of basic data is for computerising; forming of arrays of registration data, in relation to leasings operations, on electronic transmitters; receipt of results for period covered upon request of user or as registers of synthetic account, analytical tables, certificates, from business accounts or by a reflection on the screen the display of necessary information.
