Функції освіти впродовж життя в системі управління розвитком людських ресурсів

Abstract

Досліджено демографічні, соціальні, а також економічні чинники розвитку системи безперервної освіти. Розглянуто сукупність функцій освіти впродовж життя (розвитку, компенсації, адаптації, інтеграції, ре соціалізації), її форми і компоненти. Висвітлено проблеми інвестування у безперервну освіту та вплив навчання дорослих на економічний розвиток на мікро– та макрорівні.Исследуются демографические, социальные и экономические факторы формирования системы образования в течение жизни. Рассматриваются ее функции, формы и компоненты. Отражены проблемы инвестирования в непрерывное образование и влияние обучения взрослых на экономическое развитие на микро– и макроуровне.The article is focused on the factors of forming of life long education’s system. The paper deals with demographics (aging population), social (diversification of leisure), and economic factors of development of continuing education. Particular attention is given to innovation component of economic factors, which leads to constant need for upgrading knowledge and skills, and improving professional and personal competencies. Lifelong learning is defined as learning that takes place during the whole life of the individual; as the process that caused by rapid change in social and economic conditions that impose new requirements for training, competencies and personal qualities of human resources. Accordingly, the functions of lifelong education (development, compensation, adaptation, integration, resocialization) reflects its economic and social orientation. Its forms and components are examined as well. The problems of investing in continuing education and adult learning impact on economic development at the micro and macro level are reflected.
