Способы снижения рисков в нефтегазовой отрасли

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость управления рисками нефтегазовых компаний в современных условиях. Рассматриваются основные инструменты снижения рисков, использующиеся нефтегазовыми компаниями. Анализируется опыт управления рисками в крупнейших нефтегазовых компаниях. Осуществлено теоретическое сравнение особенностей управления рисками в нефтегазовых компаниях в силу специфики их деятельности.У статті обґрунтовується необхідність управління ризиками нафтогазових компаній в сучасних умовах. Розглядаються основні інструменти зниження ризиків, що використовуються нафтогазовими компаніями. Аналізується досвід управління ризиками в найбільших нафтогазових компаніях. Здійснено теоретичне порівняння особливостей керування ризиками у нафтогазових компаніях в силу специфіки їх діяльності.This scientific article deals with the necessity of risk management of oil – gas companies in modern conditions. It shows the actuality of risk – management of oil–gas companies in sphere of extraction and processing of oil and gas and activity on foreign markets, which joins with fluctuation of energy markets and world prices on energy reserves. Dependence of the country's budget on foreign trade in raw materials and energy makes the problem of reducing risks in oil and gas industry an important factor in energy and economic security of the country. Article pay attention on the importance of identification and analysis of risk with accept of management decision. It considers the basic tools to reduce risks that are used by oil and gas companies, such as insurance, contract, warranty and project structure. It analyzes experience of risk management in major oil and gas companies. This work deals with theoretical comparison of the features of risk management in the oil and gas companies which due to the specifics of their activities.
