Організація та планування матеріально–технічного забезпечення машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано рівень матеріально–технічного забезпечення діяльності машинобудівної галузі України на сучасному етапі, розглянуто позитивні і негативні сторони її розвитку. Проведено аналіз динаміки основних показників, таких як рентабельність операційної діяльності, індекс ціни в машинобудуванні і промисловості взагалі та обсяг випуску продукції. Обґрунтовано тенденції розвитку машинобудування, виявлено проблеми, з якими стикаються підприємства даної галузі, уповільнюють їх розвиток. Окреслено можливі перспективи розвитку машинобудування країни. Представлені пропозиції щодо необхідності поетапного процесу розробки матеріально–технічного забезпечення з урахуванням життєвого циклу підприємства.В статье проанализирован уровень материально–технического обеспечения деятельности машиностроительной отрасли Украины на современном этапе, рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные стороны ее развития. Проведен анализ динамики основных показателей, таких как рентабельность операционной деятельности, индекс цен в машиностроении и промышленности в целом, объема выпуска продукции. Обоснованы тенденции развития машиностроения, выявлены проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются предприятия данной отрасли, замедляют их развитие. Определены возможные перспективы развития машиностроения страны. Представлены предложения по необходимости поэтапного процесса разработки материально–технического обеспечения с учетом жизненного цикла предприятия.Nowadays in Ukraine logistical support companies and organizations characterized by radical changes that are caused by changes in the market economy. The article analyzes the level of logistics activities of engineering industry in Ukraine at present, considered the positive and negative aspects of its development. The analysis of the dynamics of key indicators such as profitability of operations, code rates in engineering and industry in general and the volume of production. Grounded trend of engineering, revealed the problems faced by enterprises of the industry to slow down their development. Outlines the possible prospects of engineering country. Presented proposals for a phased development process of logistics based on the life cycle of the company. Today, logistical support, which was a centralized resource allocation state is transformed into a decentralized self–regulating system that is based on supply, demand, and price competition. Source of Support of the engineering enterprise – are: the creation of sufficient financial and material resources for the implementation of diversification and provision of logistics, the use of human resources, including employees with high levels of education, research and specialized training, information support and resource to the enterprise level. Main purpose – determining the characteristics of the process of resource and its components at each stage of the life cycle analysis and planning of logistics engineering enterprises .
