Astragalus dasyanthus Pall. на південному сході України

Abstract

Наведено результати інтродукційного вивчення рідкісного виду флори України Astragalus dasyanthus Pall. в Донецькому ботанічному саду НАН України. Охарактеризовано основні параметри інтродукційної популяції виду. Виявлено особливості проростання насіння та онтогенезу в умовах культури. Підтверджено необхідність механічної скарифікації насіння. На підставі результатів охоронної інтродукції A. dasyanthus доведено можливість використання цього охоронного заходу для збереження рідкісного і зникаючого виду на території України.The data on the rare Ukrainian flora species Astragalus dasyanthus Pall. studied in the course of introduction in the Donetsk Botanical Garden, Nat. Acad. Sci. of Ukraine are given. Basic parameters of the species introduced population are characterized. Peculiarities of seed germination and ontogeny in the course of cultivation have been revealed. Basing on the results of A. dasyanthus conservative introduction a possible use of this measure within the framework of this rare and endandered species protection in the Ukraine has been proved.
