Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты разработки HRM-системы для предприятий как автоматизированной информационной системы. Составлена концептуальная схема модели данных и описаны основные аспекты проектирования подобной системы. В данной работе рассмотрены особенности разработки, функциональные возможности и примеры применения автоматизированных HRM-систем. Определены и проанализированы основные требования, предъявляемые к автоматизированным информационным системам.У статті розглянуто основні аспекти розробки HRM-системи для підприємств як автоматизованої інформаційної системи. Розроблена концептуальна схема моделі даних і описано основні аспекти проектування подібной системи. В роботі розглянуті особливості розробки, функціональні можливості та приклади застосування автоматизованих HRM-систем. Визначені та проаналізовані основні вимоги, що пред'являються до автоматизованих інформаційних систем.Modern society is characterized by a period of widespread process of informatization. New developments in information technology increase the usability of information resources in various spheres of the human activity. It should be noted that the efficiency of activity of individuals, groups and organizations depends on the ability of quick finding and effectively using of the available information. Therefore in the age of modern technology and the accelerating pace of life the development of custom automated tools like HRM-systems is relevant. Many areas are use different classes of information systems, each of which has developed a certain architecture and feature set. Recently the information systems with access to the internet or WEB- interface have received distribution. They include the category of systems that are called HRM-systems. The article introduces the main aspects of the development of the HRM-systems of the enterprises as an automated information system. Conceptual data model schema and specific aspects of planning and development of the HRM-systems are described. A special attention was done to the well done preparations, analysis and planning of the HRMsystem, precisely and correctly engineered data model. These conditions can be considered as a big step to the successful implementation. This article considers the features of functionality and examples of application of the automated information systems. The basic requirements for such an automated information systems are identified and analyzed.
