Тевтонсько-польська війна 20–40-х років ХІV століття і королівство Русі

Abstract

Досліджуються конфлікти між Тевтонським орденом і королівством Польським, що призвели до конфронтації та військових дій між ними у першій половині XIV ст. Розглянуто позицію, яку займало королівство Русі у цьому протистоянні. Проаналізовано вплив змін геополітичного становища на ескалацію та на подальше згортання військових дій, зокрема фактор занепаду держави Романовичів. Автор доходить висновку, що територіальні суперечки не були вирішені, а лише відтерміновані перед натиском інших проблем часу. Не залишається сумнівів, що союз Тевтонського ордену з королівством Русі (Галицько-Волинською державою), особливо за часів князя Болеслава Юрія Тройденовича, мав яскраву антипольську спрямованість і відповідав тогочасним інтересам обох сторін.In this article we analyze the main confl icts between the Teutonic Order and the Kingdom of Poland, which led to confrontation and war between them in the fi rst half of XIV century. We consider the position occupied by the Kingdom of Rus in this confrontation. We also defi ned the infl uence of changes in the geopolitical situation to escalate and further curtailing military operations, including a factor decline of the Galicia-Volyn state. Having analyzed the available sources, the author concludes that the territorial disputes were not completely resolved, they are only postponed to the pressure of other problems at that time. There is no doubt that the alliance of the Teutonic Order with Kingdom of Rus (Galicia-Volyn state), especially in times of prince Boleslaw-Yurij Troydenovych had a bright anti-Polish orientation and was interesting for both sides.
