В данной статье рассматриваются особенности мотивации и стимулирования персонала для эффективной деятельности, роль и значение процесса стимулирования труда в современных условиях.У даній статті розглядаються особливості мотивації та стимулювання персоналу для ефективної діяльності організації, роль та значення процесу стимулювання праці в сучасних умовах.With the development of the new conditions of the company gained their freedom in dealing with some issues of production organization and motivation of employees.
