Доноси у суспільно-політичному житті Гетьманщини XVII– XVIII ст.

Abstract

Досліджується функціонування системи доносів як складової політичного судочинства в Гетьманщині XVII–XVIII ст. Розглядаються правове підґрунтя цього явища, його вплив на соціально-політичне життя козацької автономії, фігуранти й мотиви, а також зміст доносів, які становлять собою цінне джерело для реконструкції процесів ідентичності та формування політичної ментальності українського населення ранньомодерної доби.In the article researches the system of denunciations as a component of political justice in Het’manshchyna in XVII–XVIIIth; considers the legal basis of this phenomenon, its influence to the social and political life of the Cossack autonomy, figurants and denunciations motives and their content, which was a valuable source for the reconstruction processes of the identity formation and the political mentality among Ukrainian population of the early modern period.
