Спадщина Володимира Мономаха

Abstract

Стаття присвячена осягненню спадщини великого київського князя Володимира Мономаха (1113–1125 рр.), її осмисленню у церковній публіцистиці та ідеології Московського царства. Простежено шляхи розвитку уявлень про нього як прародителя московських царів і присвоєння ними спадщини Київської Русі та увінчаних «грецькою славою» її князів.This article is devoted to the comprehension of the Heritage of Volodymyr Monomakh – Grand Prince of Kyiv (1113–1125), its understanding by the Church periodical literature and by the ideology of Moscow kingdom. The article traces the ways to develop ideas about Volodymyr Monomakh as the progenitor of the Moscow tsars and of their assigning of the legacy of Kyivan Rus’ and about its princes crowned by “Greek fame”.
