Abstract

Розглядається формування «масової людини» як ключової передумови постання тоталітарних режимів 1920–1930-х рр. Обстоюється теза, що саме з «масовою людиною» першої половини ХХ ст. пов’язані як високі технологічні досягнення механічно-машинної цивілізації, так і наймасштабніша культурна та духовна криза повоєнної Європи. Висловлюється думка, що антропоцентризм нового європейського гуманізму післявоєнної доби не є повністю самодостатнім, а потребує морально-духовної, теоцентричної підоснови.In the article examined the formation process of “mass man” as a key precondition of totalitarian regimes occurrence in 1920–1930s. Defends the thesis that “mass man” in first half of 20th century entailed the high technological achievements in mechanical-machine civilization, but also brought in after-war Europe the largescale cultural and moral crisis. Author advanced an opinion that anthropocentrism of new European humanism of after-war period is not completely self-contained, but it needs the moral-spiritual and theocentric base.
