Abstract

У ретроспективному огляді показано, що класичні вимоги до радіопротекторів, які базуються на їх ефективності за умов опромінення летальними дозами, непридатні для пом'якшення негативного впливу низьких доз радіації. Постчорнобильська ситуація підтвердила це положення. На основі практичних розробок сформульовано вимоги до модифікаторів метаболізму за тривалого низькоінтенсивного опромінення.The article retrospectively presents that classical requirements to radioprotectors that are based on efficiency under the condition of lethal dose irradiation are not adapted to negative influence mitigation and small radiation doses. Post-Chornobyl situation has proved this statement. The requirements to metabolism modifiers are formulated under the condition of low-intensity irradiation based on practical developments.
