Abstract

В побегах Humulus lupulus L. обнаружены секреторные каналы схизогенно-лизигенного типа. Установлено, что функционально эти каналы активны на стадии быстрого роста побегов. Доказано, что в тканях вегетативных и генеративных органов растений формируются переходные формы млечников от нечленистых одноклеточных с симпластным и интрузивным ростом до многоклеточных членистых, которые образуются в ходе инкорпорации новых клеток. Изучен процесс эвакуации терпенов, флавоноидов и других продуктов вторичного метаболизма из клеток эпителия в полость секреторного канала.In the shoots of Humulus lupulus L., secretory canals of schizogenous- lysigenous type were discovered. It has been found that functional schizogenous-lysigenous canals are active on the stage of rapid shoot growth. It has been established that in the tissues of vegetative and generative organs of hop plants, transitional forms of lacticifers are developed, from unicellulars with symplast and intrusive growth to multicellulars formed during the process of incorporation of new cells. The evacuation processes of terpenes, flavonoids and other products of the secondary metabolism from epithelial cells to the cavity of secretory channel were shown.
