Розвиток мережі міських осередків Галицько-Волинської держави в ХІІІ – першій половині XIV століття

Abstract

У статті досліджено розвиток мережі міських осередків Галицько-Волинської держави упродовж ХІІІ – першої половини XIV ст. Встановлено, що на її терені у вказаний час функціонував 61 міський осередок (наведена лічба враховує також ті, що перестали існувати в середині ХІІІ ст.). На початку ж ХІІІ ст. функціонувало 40 таких осередків. Після монгольської навали – упродовж другої половини ХІІІ – першої половини XIV ст. на терені Галицько-Волинської держави функціонувало 49 міських осередків.In the article is exploring the development of a network of castle-town seN lements of The Principality of Galicia-Volhynia during the 13th and the first half of the 14th century. It is established that it career at the specified time operated 61 castle- town seN lements (shown counting also takes into account those that have ceased to exist in the middle of the 13th century). At the beginning of the 13th century 40 such centers were operating. After the Mongol invasion – during the second half of 13th and the first half of the 14th century on the territory of The Principality of Galicia-Volhynia operated 49 castle-town settlements.
