Зварювання пластмас: сьогодення та майбутнє (стенограма доповіді на засіданні Президії НАН України 23 червня 2021 р.)

Abstract

Доповідь присвячено науковим дослідженням та розробкам Інституту електрозварювання ім. Є.О. Патона НАН України в галузі з’єднання полімерних матеріалів і виробів з них. Наведено основні результати фундаментальних і прикладних досліджень зі створення наукової теорії щодо механізму зварювання полімерів та природи їх зварних з’єднань, розроблення інноваційних технологій зварювання полімерних матеріалів та обладнання для їх реалізації. Ці роботи є актуальними для подальшого розвитку полімерного матеріалознавства в Україні, а відповідні розробки вже широко впроваджуються на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах.The report is devoted to research and developments of the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the NAS of Ukraine in the field of connection of polymeric materials and products from them. The main results of fundamental and applied research on the creation of a scientific theory of the mechanism of welding of polymers and the nature of their welded joints, the development of innovative technologies for polymeric materials welding and equipment for their implementation are given. These works are relevant for the further development of polymer materials science in Ukraine, and their results are already widely used in domestic industrial enterprises.
