Роль наради з безпеки та співробітництва у Європі в процесі ядерного роззброєння України

Abstract

У статті аналізуються причини та наслідки ядерного роззброєння України та роль у цьому процесі Наради з безпеки та співробітництва у Європі. Досліджено принципи впливу НБСЄ на формування колективної системи безпеки у Європі. Розглянуто процес взаємодії міжнародних організацій у Відні з українськими дипломатичними представництвами у Австрії. Визначено домінуючий вплив Віденського форуму з питань співпраці у галузі безпеки на прийняття політичним істеблішментом України без’ядерного статусу.The article analyzes the causes and consequences of nuclear disarmament in Ukraine and the role of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe in this process. The principles of the influence of the CSCE on the formation of a collective security system in Europe are researched. The process of interaction of international organizations in Vienna with Ukrainian diplomatic representations in Austria is considered. The dominant influence of the Vienna Security Cooperation Forum on the adoption of a non-nuclear status by Ukraine’s political establishment was determined.
