Народне міністерство фінансів УНР: проблеми становлення (січень—квітень 1918 р.)

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється процес формування Міністерства фінансів УНР за Центральної Ради (1918 р.), відображено його структуру, завдання та принципи роботи підрозділів. Розглядаються також проекти реформування окремих міністерських департаментів та інших фінансових інституцій УНР. Автор з'ясовує не лише їх штатні розклади, а й чітко визначає хронологію перебування на посаді генеральних секретарів (міністрів) фінансів України в той період.The given article reveals the process of formation of Ministry of Finance of the Ukrainian National Republic under Central Rada (1918), shows structure of the latter, the program and foundations of its department’s work. It also examines the projects of reforming of separate ministry’s departments and other financial institutions of the Ukrainian National Republic. The author clarifies not only their lists of members of staff but also determines accurate chronology of holding the post of general secretaries (ministers) of finances of Ukraine at that period.
