Abstract

У статті аналізуються трактування назв населених пунктів, які згадуються у місцевих легендах та переказах, а також розглядаються тлумачення номінацій географічних об’єктів Поділля, пов’язаних із найменуванням річок та водоймищ.The article deals with the analysis of the interpretation of settlements’ names, the factual information about which is given in local legends and narrations, and also the interpretations of Podillya’s geographical nominations connected with the river and other reservoirs' names are examined.
