Обговорюється проблема пошуку загальних підходів до формалізованого опису операцій людини з часовими характеристиками подій у середовищі. Розглянуто особливості реалізації цих операцій під контролем свідомості людини і програмним шляхом.The problem of search for common approaches to the formalized description of operations of the man with the temporal characteristics of the events in the environment is discusses.
