Вплив міжнародної міграції на етнічну композицію населення України

Abstract

На основі даних переписів населення, міграційної статистики, інших джерел у статті проаналізовано вплив міжнародної міграції на формування етнічного складу населення України. Розкрито значення для сучасної міграційної ситуації міграційних переміщень попереднього історичного періоду. Показано процес формування нових етнічних груп в Україні внаслідок інтенсифікації міжнародної міграції. Зроблено висновок, що урізноманітнення складу населення несе певні ризики, відкриваючи водночас нові можливості для розвитку. Запорукою використання його позитивного потенціалу та забезпечення безконфліктного розвитку суспільства має стати далекоглядна державна міграційна політика, зокрема, політика інтеграції як її невід’ємний елемент, а також врахування наявності іммігрантських меншин у розвиткові етнонаціональної політики держави.An international migration influence on the formation of the ethnic structure of the inhabitants of Ukraine is analyzed in the article on the basis of population census data, migration statistics, and other sources. The significance of migratory movements of the previous historical period for the current migration situation is revealed. The process of the formation of new ethnic groups in Ukraine as a result of the intensification of international migration is shown. It is concluded that the diversification of the population structure has certain challenges while opening new development opportunities. The state migration policy, in particular the integration policy as its inalienable part, as well as the consideration of the presence of immigrant minorities in the development of the state's ethnic and national policy, should be the key to use its positive potential and ensure the development of society without conflicts.
