Сучасні форми участі та практичний досвід волонтерів Хмельниччини

Abstract

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати сучасні форми участі та практичний досвід в організації допомоги й підтримки Сил безпеки та оборони України під час російської агресії. Наукове дослідження цих процесів, особливо його регіональних ознак, має на сьогодні величезний запит та актуальне, як ніколи. Адже дасть можливість глибше зрозуміти роль і варіативність волонтерського руху, його потреби та результативність діяльності для суспільства в цілому. На основі оцінки існуючої історіографії, зібраної авторкою джерельної бази та особистого практичного досвіду розкрито регіональні особливості волонтерського руху патріотичного напряму в місті Хмельницькому впродовж 2022–2023 років. Класифіковано види волонтерської діяльності, яка пов’язана з наданням допомоги українським військовим у ході боротьби за незалежність нашої держави. Детально розкрито методи волонтерської роботи місцевих благодійних організацій, штабів та фондів. Дослідниці вдалося прослідкувати зміни пріоритетів у волонтерських напрямах діяльності, залежно від етапів війни; висвітлити найбільш дієві інструменти роботи волонтерів у вигляді благодійних аукціонів, ярмарків, забігів, розвиткових ігор та інших заходів. У статті дано визначення волонтерству як взаємовигідній діяльності, яка допомагає не лише тим, на кого безпосередньо спрямоване, а й самому волонтеру та суспільству загалом через розвиток психологічної стійкості та адаптивності. Підкреслено важливу роль волонтерства в розширенні світогляду, відповідальності та оточення через постійне зростання кількості комунікацій, у розвитку активної життєвої позиції і позитивного мислення, у зростанні чесності й тверезого розуму людей та в їхній участі в розбудові свідомого демократичного й правового громадянського суспільства, і як наслідок – сильної держави.The study is aimed at the analysis of modern forms of participation and practical experience in the organization of help and support to the Forces of Security and Defence of Ukraine during the Russian aggression. The research of these processes, especially their regional features, is in great demand currently and more relevant than ever. After all, it will enable the deeper comprehension of the significance and variability of the volunteering movement, its needs, and the effectiveness of its activities for society as a whole. Regional peculiarities of the volunteering of the patriotic direction in the city of Khmelnytskyi during 2022–2023 are described on the basis of an evaluation of the existing historiography, collected by the authoress of the source base of work and personal practical experience. The types of volunteer activities related to the help to the Ukrainian military during the struggle for the independence of our state are classified. The methods of volunteer work of the local charitable organizations, headquarters, and foundations are described in detail. The scholar succeeded in considering the changes in priorities in volunteer areas of activity depending on the war stages. The most effective types of volunteer work in the form of charity auctions, fairs, races, development games, and other events are analyzed. The definition of volunteering as a mutually beneficial activity that helps not only those targeted directly, but also the volunteers themselves and society in general through the development of psychological resilience and adaptability is submitted in the article. The important significance of volunteering in expanding the world view, responsibility and environment through the constant growth of the number of communications, in the development of an active life position and positive thinking, in the growth of honesty and sober mind of people and in their participation in forming a conscious democratic and legal civil society, and a strong state as a result is emphasized.
