Визначення принципів формування та розвитку сучасних систем управління

Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню принципів формування та розвитку систем управління як методологічної бази їх подальшого дослідження. Показана діалектична єдність законів і принципів організації, обґрунтовано виокремлення структурних, функціональних принципів, принципів організаційно-комунікативної спрямованості.The article is devoted to identifying the principles of formation and development of modern management system as methodological bases of their feather research. Dialectic unity of lays and principles of organization is shown. Distinguishing structural and functional principles as well as principles of organizational and communicational nature is grounded.
