Диверсифікація підприємства: передумови, види та форми

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність та види диверсифікації підприємств, існуючі стратегії та концепції, виконано їх порівняльний аналіз. Визначено перспективи для використання того чи іншого виду диверсифікації в практиці вітчизняних промислових підприємств. Констатовано, що нові умови господарювання (транзитивна економіка, глобальна криза тощо) спричиняють розвиток нових видів диверсифікаційних стратегій.Essence and types of diversification of enterprises, existent strategies and conceptions is considered in the article. Classifications of the most known theorists-fazivciv are compared in this industry, certainly prospects for the use of that or other type of diversification in practice of domestic industrial enterprises. It is established, that the new terms of menage (transitional economy, global crisis) draw development of new types of strategies of diversification.
