Abstract

Розглянуто проблему нормативно-правового обмеження маніпулювання у сучасних політичних процесах, приділено увагу міжнародним стандартам у забезпечення вільних та чесних виборів. Автор стверджує, що нормативно-правові межі відіграють ключову роль у системі обмежень політичного маніпулювання.This article is devoted to the problem of legal measuring of manipulation in modern political processes. The author pays a great attention to the analysis of the international standards in the process of insurance of free and fair elections. The author asserts that the legal measures pay a great role in the system of measuring of political manipulation.
