Становлення та проблеми реалізації концепції громадянства Європейського Союзу (1957-2004 рр.)

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано виникнення концепції європейського громадянства та еволюція громадянських прав у Європейському Союзі. Представлено оцінку проблем реалізації концепції громадянства ЄС у сучасному контексті європейської інтеграції.Emergence of a concept of European citizenship and the evolution of citizenship rights in the European Union are in the centre of discussion in the paper. The evaluation of problems of implementation of EU citizenship concept in the current context of European integration has been presented.
