Надомна форма організації праці – шлях до підвищення рівня зайнятості осіб з інвалідністю

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема поиска новых путей повышения уровня занятости граждан с инвалидностью, особенно тех, которые имеют тяжелые нарушения здоровья. Предложено путь решения проблемы занятости инвалидов с тяжелыми нарушениями здоровья – возрождение надомной формы организации труда. Изложены организационно-методические подходы к созданию в современных экономических условиях предприятий надомного труда для обеспечения занятости лиц с инвалидностью.The article deals with the problem of searching new ways to rise of employment level of disabled persons, especially those of them who have serious injures to their health. The way to settlement of the problem of employment of people with serious injures to their health has been proposed, which actually means coming back to “home work’s” form of organization of work. Organizational and methodical approaches to creation under modern economic conditions of various types of the based on homework enterprises for provision of employment of disabled people had been laid down in the article.
